Born and raised on a dairy farm in Spearfish, Jason Ward brings a strong work ethic and deep local roots to his real estate career. After earning his degree from Montana State University in Bozeman, he worked as an engineer building roads throughout the state of Montana.
In 2007, Jason returned to Spearfish to develop the Reserve on Higgins Creek subdivision in Spearfish and spent 12 years as a general contractor, building homes across the Spearfish and Belle Fourche areas. His extensive background in construction and land development provides his clients with valuable insight and expertise in every stage of a real estate transaction.
Now based in Montana, Jason continues to help clients buy and sell property with dedication, honesty, and a hands-on approach. Outside of work, he enjoys all things outdoors, hunting, fishing, and hiking. He especially looks forward to chasing elk bugles in September with family and friends. He is also a licensed taxidermist. Along with his dog Tana, Jason is proud to have two amazing bonus daughters who inspire him every day.
