Kim decided to return to real estate upon the sale of her and her husband’s business South Dakota Overhead Doors. She has really missed working and interacting with customers daily and helping them achieve their goals and wanted to continue that by assisting clients with real estate. Whether buying or selling, she is dedicated to making the process as streamlined and stress free as possible providing the quality care each and every client deserves.
Originally from Santa Monica, California, Kim made the move to the Black Hills of South Dakota in early 90’s. She embarked on her real estate career and married a local Rapid Citian who had just started an overhead door company. She decided to pause her real estate career to concentrate on growing South Dakota Overhead Doors. Together they grew it into a thriving business serving Rapid City and the surrounding areas. With their strong commitment and hard work focusing on customer care the company grew to one of the largest garage door companies in Western South Dakota.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, travelling, and exploring everything the Black Hills has to offer.
