Stephanie has been a real estate broker for over 20 years, and holds active licenses in both South Dakota and Arizona. Having successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of real estate transactions across multiple states, you can be confident in relying on Stephanie, along with her team of experienced and knowledgeable partners, to expertly handle every detail of your real estate transaction from start to finish.
Stephanie met her husband Shane, who was born and raised in Spearfish, in college at Arizona State University, and while they initially settled in Scottsdale, together they visited the beautiful Black Hills often and eventually decided to move their family across the country and call Spearfish home for good in 2021.
Along with real estate, Stephanie has a passion for “projects” and co-owns a small construction company specializing in new home builds and remodels. When she’s not working with clients, or running to sporting events with her 2 boys, visiting her daughter in college, or relaxing at the campground or lake with her family, Steph can often be found fixing things up around the house or putting the finishing touches on designs and in-progress construction jobs
