My husband and I just had the wonderful experience of purchasing a piece of property in Three Peaks Ranch, near Spearfish SD. He really took the time to listen carefully to us as we explained what we were looking for in terms of the size of the lot as well as our preferred locations etc… He personally drove us to several properties over the span of 2 days and was very knowledgeable regarding the pros and cons of each property.
